Do you remember those 3D characters that walked across your desktop?

I want one for my non profit. I couldn’t find a good one so I just used this pic, but she’s definitely NOT human looking. I want someone with personality.

You should be fluent in writing, reading & listening to English.

I’m a non profit fighting the evils destroying us, hence my low budget of $35

So I’m sorry, but I have no idea what it’s called.

Back in early to mid 2000’s there were a few sites that had these very realistic 3D characters that would walk across the screen when you loaded their site, and they would talk to you for X seconds/minutes and the voice was great, not like the toxic AI voices we have now.

They wore a suit or dress, could move around and it was AWESOME tech, whatever it was. I think there was a site that offered that service and you had to get it created from that site, but I’m not sure.

I loved them.

It wasn’t called 3D characters because what you guys do now just came out recently, right?

Plus, yours (from what I’ve read) is something you can only place in a video you create, right?

I hope you know what I’m referring to.

I do NOT want a video, I want this very realistic life like character so it can be placed on any video I create from scratch & of course walk across the screen on a desktop when someone comes to my site. Maybe it can (if this is impossible that’s fine) also be placed in a Telegram group.

I’m not sure if it would be able to do that on a toxic cell phone weapon, but that’s a bonus if it does.

I’m not looking for cheap looking cartoon characters, I want it to look like a real woman.

If you can’t make it walk and talk, but it does something else, please let me know, but I would like it to be able to say something for around 20-40 secs.

I’m also wondering if just using my logo would be doable. I want a mascot or something for my site to brand it.

If you can create that, please contact me and give me your samples and then we will go from there.

I would like 3 different concepts and 3 revisions.
