How Safe Are Protestors when Protesting?

Protestors face a very dangerous time these days, but it’s never been easy for people to go up against their corrupt abusive government.

Here’s what happened to Protestors during Trump’s Inauguration on January 20, 2017.

200+ protestors who showed up to protest his inauguration were arrested. They did all wear black (so what) and chant FUCK CAPITALISM. Again, so what, we’ve talked about how capitalism has ruined everyone’s life even if they don’t realize it.

These protestors were arrested not for anything they did, but for something others near them did. Guilt by association now sets a VERY dangerous precedent that you can be arrested not for any crime, but for being around others who committed a crime.

These were called the J20 arrests. Please donate (we did), even if it’s just $1. There’s still 59 people out of the 230 who are being persecuted.

Some of these protestors were being threatened with jail sentences upto 20 years. THAT IS NUTS!

Also, the police followed the people who were breaking windows and didn’t do a thing. Once they had enough people surrounded, THAT’S when they arrested everyone.

Even journalists were arrested.

One journalist was or still is being threatened with 80 years behind bars and the police arrested all of these people without probable cause. Then they demanded the IP addresses from a site that was against Trump so they could gather IPs and use them as evidence.

You can’t do that, you have to have probable cause BEFORE you arrest someone.

Domestic Terrorism and How This Word is Thrown Around

Due to the labeling of the group Antifa as a domestic terrorist group, now the government has free reign to go after anyone who’s an anarchist and label them a domestic terrorist.

Public Can Kill Protestors

Six states have now introduced bills to protect drivers who run over protesters so long as they didn’t do it on purpose. That’s both criminally and civilly.

We are not a fan of someone getting caught up in a protest and can’t go anywhere with their car, but to pass a law like this in six states is NUTS. And the language for almost all six states was the same which means it was a planned coordinated effort.

AND the protestor has to prove the driver ran them over on purpose. How are they going to do that if they are DEAD?

Other Laws to Take Down Protestors

Other laws the US corrupt government is trying to pass against protestors:

The protestors have to pay for the police who arrest them.
Instead of it being a misdemeanor, protestors will be charged with a felony and spend decades behind bars. Do you know what other countries do this? COMMUNIST COUNTRIES.

Mara Verheyden-Hilliard the civil lawyer mentioned above says this all started around the time that the Black Lives Matters group started back in 2013 after Trayvon Martin’s murderer, George Zimmerman was acquitted.

They also ramped these bills up in response to the Keystone Pipeline protests and of course now in response to Trump being elected president and SO many people who protested.

But we can’t just blame Trump, as this draconian atmosphere has always been like this, but ESPECIALLY ramped up with Obama. Remember that sweet loving smooth talking guy who was put into power and made HISTORY for being the first black president???

What a SHAME that he couldn’t do anything positive with his legacy and instead was WORSE than Bush.

We cringe when we say that.

How the Government Brings Down Groups That Want to Make Change

Intelligence agencies always WANT to stop protestors from gathering together to bring about social change.

The way they have disbanded these kinds of protest groups in the past wasn’t just to infiltrate them and report back, but also to create in-fighting within the group. Also to prevent two different groups from coming together to create more power.

Why Is the Left Always Brutalized By The Government?

Mara Verheyden-Hilliard also says that when the police or government go after social organizations, they always go after the left.

They let the gun-toting right-wingers walk around and do almost nothing to them. We can’t even use Wakko as an example because they went after them because they wanted to be FREE!!

The right generally doesn’t want change, although we can see that’s not always the case in this day and age.

Most right organizations want to control, they don’t believe in total FREEDOM. In fact, most of them LOVE the government.

So why does the government and police go after the left?

Because the left is actually trying to impact change and equality. So even though they are peacefully protesting, the government will go after them with whatever they have.

If the left were to suddenly start bringing guns to the party, then it would be even worse for them.
