What to do when traveling back into Canada and the ArriveCan app.

So many Canadians are scared about flying or driving back into Canada and figuring out how to handle the nazis trying to force the toxic PCR test upon them, fining them $6,500 for not taking the death jab, and threatening and bullying Canadian citizens.

So I uploaded this video which was ok, but this video was better and then I read this comment which was also great.

I hope this helps you when you are flying back into Canada. It’s easier to drive, but we should be able to fly too.

Until such a time, f— o–! The best question to ask the border agent is “Am I being detained?” If they say no, which is what they should be saying, then get your passport back and leave! Should they say “yes”, then ask them exactly what piece of legislation, the section & subsection, gives them the authority to detain you. DO NOT talk to public health, you don’t have to! Should you get a ticket, I recommend using the Bill of Rights to defend yourself. I don’t know of a single person who hasn’t had their charges dropped if using the Bill of Rights. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use or invoke the Charter of Rights! Under section 1 of the charter, the judge has the discretion to limit your rights due to “reasonable limits”. In this case, they site that there is a pandemic and so they have the power to limit your rights even if the judge agrees they were violated. Under the Bill of Rights, there is NEVER a good enough reason to limit your rights & that includes a pandemic! You should appreciate that Mr. John Diefenbaker is protecting your God given rights from the grave! He gave us that beautiful piece of legislation that is protecting Canadians rights. If police or lawyers try to say that the Charter supersedes the Bill & that the Charter replaces the Bill of Rights, quote section 26 of the Charter! It states ” The guarantee in this Charter of certain rights and freedoms shall not be construed as denying the existence of any other rights or freedoms that exist in Canada”. & that includes the already existing Bill of Rights! I believe the Charter is not only a communist document drawn up for exactly this time, but I also believe it has never been ratified or has it ever received royal assent!”

“Yes, indeed — see Stand4Thee Alliance channel here on YT. They have a handle on this. They’ve discovered Diefenbaker’s Bill of rights which he implemented to counter Communism. The Charter is a trick. The Bill is the antidote to the poison. We can sue in small claims for up to $35,000.00 for every violation of rights listed under the Bill. They key is merely to cite the Bill in your suit. If you don’t then the Bill is not factored in. This is why they are desperately pushing the Charter which allows the judge to sweep your rights aside if in his ‘opinion’ it is necessary.

To sue in small claims is cheap, risk free, and can be done without a lawyer. The rights violations are blatant and numerous. So far the govt is running backwards dropping charges whenever someone announces their intention to cite the Bill. This strikes me as a terrific strategy that really gets to the point.

So anyone pressuring you to do any of these Covid measures is ‘personally’ liable. Any ‘Act’ that violates our rights under the Bill is illegal and carrying it out is a criminal action. Take them to small claims and be financially compensated for crime perpetrated against you.”
