Here is my hiring ad seeking part time Spanish and English speaking virtual assistant to find me a house. You can be anywhere in the world so long as you speak/read/write both Spanish and English. If you aren’t in Mexico, I have a way for you to call for free, or I will pay for an app for you to call. I need someone to start as soon as possible.

I’m hoping I find someone with a kind heart who can help me. I need to be able to have a house by April 15th.

The main task right now is to find me a house to rent.

Bonus – There is a $55 USD or $1,000 peso BONUS on top of the hourly amount if you find me the house I end up moving into. If I find the house, but you help finalize the details with the landlord, I’ll give you half the bonus.

You will need to message potential landlords and maybe find me a good intelligent lawyer, or review the contract for me.

This is a part time job 6-10 hours per week for an intelligent Spanish speaking VA who reads everything I write, is reliable, a quick thinker, can follow instructions, and doesn’t disappear. My budget is $5-6/hr. USD or $90-100 pesos per hour if you are in Mexico.

For any negotiation work like getting the new landlady to lower the rent down to my budget of $7000-7500 pesos, or finalizing the contract to make sure they will fix the problems in the house if there are any, I’ll pay you $7/hr.

If after you find the house for me we both work well together, I do need a part time VA to find other products for me, help me call companies to find me food, post hiring ads on facebook for a cleaning lady, etc.

Research and calls need to start around 9-10 am Mexico CST. These houses at a good price are taken very fast, so we need to be fast.

I prefer someone in Mexico, but like I said, for the right person you can be anywhere so long as you are fluent in Spanish and Ingles, understand me verbally on Telegram because I leave voice messages. You also need to be good at online research.

I will give you the details of what I’m seeking in the house and colonia and I need you to find me at least 2 house rental listings per 30 minute blocks of time. Then I review your work on an excel type sheet, make my comments, then you do another 30 minutes and so on.

I need a strong mature person (but not the bullying egotistical type) who isn’t easily controlled by others and is not full of FEAR, but doesn’t tell me what to do with my life or how to run my non profit. The arrogance of some people shocks me. Suggestions are welcome, ordering me around or talking down to me is not. I’m the client, not you.

I live in Mexico now, but don’t speak fluent Spanish. I want to move back to Morelia Michoacán.

You must be able to follow procedures, instructions, and use my office tools.

You should be able to concentrate on what you are reading (my docs and messages) to understand me, and have a good memory.

I am a very direct down to earth woman, but also kind hearted, and you will learn a lot from me both with me correcting your Ingles and about business, software, and the Truth about what is going on in this world.

I’m not a 20 something, I’ve been around a long time, I’m an ex entrepreneur and now a Truther Activist.

I don’t play games or pretend, so if you can’t handle an honest straight forward person who isn’t a follower, who doesn’t lie, and isn’t superficial, then this job isn’t for you.

You need to have a computer and not just use your cell phone which takes a lot longer and isn’t efficient.
