Seeking reliable dedicated Spanish speaking Virtual Assistant

I’m Seeking reliable dedicated Spanish speaking Virtual Assistant for part time work.

My hourly rate is $3-5/hour USD

I will need at least 3 people and not everyone works out, so you can apply even 2-3 weeks after this hiring ad was posted. I also need you to respond to my emails even after 5 pm because I can’t wait until the next day to get a response if it’s after 5 pm ad let’s say 9 pm. I understand it’s after working hours, but I need someone who’s flexible and checks their email and messages regularly until after they are hired.

This is a part time job 1-5 hours per week for an intelligent Spanish speaking VA who is reliable, a quick thinker, can follow simple instructions, has a good memory, is not a flake, and doesn’t disappear.

I live in Celaya Guanahato GTO in Mexico after moving from Morelia, Mechuacán, so I prefer someone in Mexico, but for the right person you can be anywhere so long as you are fluent in Spanish and Ingles, understand me verbally on Telegram, and you are good at online research and making phone calls.

If you aren’t in Mexico, I have a way for you to call for free although I am looking for another alternative. Skype minutes is another option I can give you.

I don’t speak fluent Spanish, so I use google translate to communicate.

I am low income because I work for free to help save Humanity with my non profit, so no rich gringa here. I’m fighting for you too since we are in a war, did you know that? So, I really need you to have my back for this position.

You must be able to follow procedures, instructions, and use my office tools. Don’t assume you can do whatever you want because you think you know better than me. Suggestions are welcome, EGO is not.

You should be able to concentrate on what you are reading. If I have to repeat myself to you over and over again or you can’t follow simple instructions, please don’t apply.

I need a strong mature person (but not the bullying type) who isn’t easily controlled by businesses, and is not full of FEAR.

Most of the time you are able to get the company to do what needs to be done.

Right now I have to deal with Profeco because Total Play is trying to scam me out of money. They strung me along so another billing date came and went.

MEGA Cable is also a scam company. They refused to come replace their defective modem within a hour after the technician left, and then expected me to continue to pay.

These companies scam their customers by locking them into a long term contract and then even if there’s no service when you move, they still expect you to pay.

I do complain about how bad workers and businesses are here in Mexico, so if you are going to have a problem with that and think I don’t have the right to complain due to all of the inept or some scam businesses and terrible disrespect here in Mexico, then don’t apply. I understand this is the way things are in this country, but that does NOT make it right.

And if you are Mexican and feel the need to tell me I don’t understand Mexicans, then don’t respond. I already know what it’s like here. I’m not going to change my ethics just because almost no one here has any.

I have been here for 2 years. That doesn’t mean I just accept bad disrespectful behavior or companies who can’t even do anything properly or they scam you. And no, I can’t move (I wish I could).

Saying that, I love the nice Mexicans and the odd great company, they really warm my heart.

I’m ONLY looking for someone who agrees that how consumers are often treated here is terrible.

My evidence…

A lot of people and companies just ignore me on WhatsApp when I’m trying to ask questions or order (I use Google translate). Or I ask a question and they can’t even answer simple questions.

I have literally had to spend sometimes 2-4 hours trying to get a cocina economica or restaurant to deliver me food. I’ve gone hungry often in Mexico, and this wastes my time. I just want FOOD, how hard is that???

Most landlords are terrible here. They actually expect you to fix their house for them, and the odd one wants you to put in the kitchen cupboards, drawers and counter which is like, what, $3-4,000 USD??? jaja. SHOCKING. You are renting, it’s NOT your house.

There’s more evidence, but I won’t bore you.

Yes, I am very direct, but also kind hearted and you will learn a lot from me. I’m not a 20 something, I’ve been around a long time, I’m an ex entrepreneur and now a Truther Activist.

I don’t play games or pretend, so if you can’t handle straight forward people who don’t lie, then this job isn’t for you.

You should be well versed with posting and researching on Facebook because I need to find a driver and delivery guy in Celaya Guanahato GTO. evil FB is auto deleting a lot of our posts.

I’m also looking to move from Celaya Guanahato GTO. While the people are fairly nice, the city is toxic. Toxic veggies, the sky is being sprayed by the evils all the time, everything is way more expensive (except rent) than Morelia.

I prefer you have a computer and not just use your cell phone which takes a lot longer and isn’t efficient.

Most calls need to be made during the day (30-60 minutes) during US CST, but you and I can talk any time after 1-2 pm CST when I get up, or at night.
