Freelance job sites stopping me from posting hiring ads

This is happened so much now, that I’m going to list Freelance job sites stopping me from posting hiring ads or they force you to only talk to your own staffer on their site even after hiring them. This has completely STOPPED ME from hiring freelancers and from them finding my jobs which are here.

You can see how all of these sites charge a fortune because they know freelancers are desperate for jobs and there’s only a tiny amount of high paying jobs.

This way they can get rid of all of the solopreneurs, micro and small companies, or real non profits, not the fake non profits the evils own where they parade these non profits in front of the world so you bow down to them. When you donate, which I used to do, they scam and steal your money.

Now I only donate to a person, NEVER a charity. I stopped donating to charities decades ago even before I was awake.

One day when a grocery store asked me if I wanted to donate and it was for cancer, I was like…. How long have they been taking our money and they STILL haven’t found a treatment for cancer.

Even though I wasn’t awake and I had no idea there has been a cure since the early 1900s, my red flag bells (intuition) started to go off, and I never donated again.

All of these tiny to small companies do need freelancers and can never afford those high prices unless they are posting one hiring ad every 6-12 months. I was always posting hiring ads, because most low level freelancers don’t know what they are doing, can’t communicate well, so I’m usually letting them go within a few days to a couple of weeks. sigh It was so exhausting.

NOT being allowed to talk to your own staffer off of the site once hired has never happened before, although I admit that I was only on Upwork since 2004, so I didn’t really know what was going on with other freelance job sites.

But I’m going to list them anyway since there should be NO REASON why I can’t hire freelancers, and I KNOW this was all done by the evils. If you don’t know who the evils are, they are the ones who control our world and have enslaved us since the beginning of at least our creation.

Glints out of Indonesia – https://glints.com/ – they STILL want docs to sign up. I left a message on their AI asking what kind, and saying I’m a small non profit looking to hire freelancers.
They were all over the place first speaking to me in English, then in Indonesian, then they said I can’t post if I’m not a registered company. I told them to FUCK OFF.
Even if I was registered, I’m sure they would block me from posting my hiring ads.
Flex Jobs – when filling out their contact form, they accused me of using a fake email address LOL I wrote to their email and they apologized and said can you use a different email. I said so you want me to use a different email even though mine is fine? They wanted a screenshot and I forgot to give it to them. I just tried to sign up now again, and while they allowed my email this time, now they say they ONLY take professional type jobs which means any low level jobs they won’t accept. OMG.Again, another way to get rid of all of the smaller type companies that aren’t suit and tie, and don’t make TONS OF MONEY!
Upwork – after using their site hiring freelancers since 2004 before it was even called Upwork, I was banned in June 2024.
Back then it was called oDesk and Elance until they merged in 2015, and my guess is that the evils did this on purpose so there would be less competition and they would dominate the freelance job market which they do.
MONOPOLIZATION – Less competition means the evils control everything and that’s what they do. Here, watch this as proof. And here’s a PDF on the topic. Have you ever even heard of Blackrock, Vanguard or State Street???
I started to become suspicious of them in 2021, moreso in 2022, but then in 2023, it was clear that they are evil owned or controlled because they were suddenly shadow banning my hiring ads so I was getting almost no applicants applying. They also started shutting down some of my hiring ads saying I was violating their “terms.” I was shocked. That had never happened in all of my years of using them. I didn’t even know what I had done wrong, but this is something the evils do. They attack you and then the innocent person starts to feel like they did something wrong when they didn’t. This causes trauma, and self doubt.
How does Upwork know what the terms and conditions are for other companies, and why would they spend TIME reading a whole page some other company’s terms and conditions? Taking down my hiring ads was something I didn’t even know or understand at the time, it was such a shock.
Well, this proves these evil corps are ALL in this together to bring us ALL DOWN.
I’m going to assume now that their evil AI was scanning everything and this was BEFORE evil AI became all the horrific RAGE.
The first Upwork attack had to do with Uber (an evil corp, I have evidence on that too) where I needed someone to contact Uber customer service because they were driving me INSANE. I said in the hiring ad I was going to give them access to my account because how ELSE can they contact them if they aren’t in MY ACCOUNT.
The next time Upwork attacked me, was with Quora when I wanted to hire a social media person to spread links about the Truth around or something. I mentioned Quora, and that’s when Upwork lied and said Quora says that you can’t post links which I do ALL of the time in my Answers and comments.
Then in June 2024 they finally banned my account due to “getting freelancers to spread misinformation” SMH
Upwork banned me with NO warning, and I know they give warnings because I happened to go into my account in July 2026, and I saw them writing about giving warnings. Their verbiage in my account makes it seem like I was a serial killer. They never provided ANY evidence of what I did even though we know that spreading the Truth is now a criminal offense since the war started in March 2020, but I found out a few months ago that even as far back as 2010 evil facebook was censoring the Truth about 911.
Here’s what it says in my Upwork account.
“Your platform access has been revoked due to serious or multiple policy violations. If you disagree with our decision or believe this was a mistake you can submit an appeal.
Your account has exceeded the threshold for serious or multiple policy violations and is currently blocked.”
Again, all proof that Upwork is an evil corp filled with psychopathic liars.
This is why they ONLY hire low IQ order follower FILIPINOS, because people who are low IQ and docile will NEVER say no. They will help the evils attack EVERYONE!
NO WARNINGS about spreading miss or disinformation, so obviously there weren’t multiple offenses.
And they shadow banned my hiring ads.
I was told I couldn’t appeal and I am pretty sure but can’t remember whether I even asked if I could. I’m pretty sure they just told me I couldn’t appeal without me asking.
So EVERYONE ELSE can appeal on evil Upwork except the one person who never did anything wrong and has been with them for 20 years.

I knew it was only a matter of time before they blocked me because they are an evil corp. I had been tracking this for a while when they were promoting the fake virus and the false flag Ukraine/Russian war AND banning all Russian freelancers as if they are responsible for what their Russian mafia government does. LOL Are you responsible for everything your mafia government does???
OMG, look at this. I went to Trustpilot to review them which I should have done a year ago and I saw that people were reviewing the WRONG DOMAIN. It was upworks.com, not upwork.com. So I went to search because it wasn’t showing up and look what Trust Pilot says… Screenshot and screen recording. I wonder if Trust Pilot did that on purpose to confuse everyone.
All of these evil corps work together and protect one another. EVIL! And yes, Trust Pilot is evil but I still use them because most people go there.
One last thing I forgot to add about upwork… In 2023 or early 2024, they started charging clients a flat rate fee of $5 per job on top of the other fees. This is something that was NEVER a thing since I was using them back in 2004. And this was AFTER evil Upwork cashed in during the scamdemic when people could only get jobs online.
I was shocked, but knew there was an evil reason they were doing this.
I started to pay it, but because of my high turnover I couldn’t afford it.
I did something I’ve never done before, I required 3 tasks as a trial no pay.
How else was I going to see whether this freelancer could do the job and communicate?
Before if it didn’t work out, fine, we went our separate ways and I paid them whatever I owed them, but NOW you had to pay $5 on top of the pay and Upwork’s fees, and I just can’t afford that.
It could easily add up to $30 when that money could go to the freelancer.
By the time Upwork banned me, they were trying to get rid of many companies by charging us $10 per job.
Hubstaff – https://hubstafftalent.net/This freelance job site was terrible. I got NO ONE but Nigerians.The odd Filipino who was low IQ, Pakistanis who are dangerous, and all of these Nigerians.
Then one day I had insane Nigerian freelancers cyber stalking me by reporting my hiring ads calling me a scammer and that I don’t pay anyone.
Hubstaff allowed this stalking behavior not once, but twice. Hubstaff ignored my emails for months, and even when one of my previous Nigerian VAs told them (I never told him to do this) that I’m a good person and I’m honest, they ignored him after they found out it was me. They had ZERO PROOF that I hired these bitches and didn’t pay them. These Nigerians were pissed because they didn’t follow my instructions and I wouldn’t continue the interview and hire them.
Nigerians are almost always very low IQ, but they are generally very nice people. I never had a problem with Nigerians until then. Again, they did everything to get me booted off the site TWICE, so other freelancers couldn’t be hired and Hubstaff allowed this. I blame Hubstaff since they could see it was the same bitches flagging my posts each time. And whoever accuses another person of something has to provide the proof and they did not. All Hubstaff said was to send them my emails with the girls and I sent the part about me not continuing the interview and how they attacked me. They wanted the full email thread, and I didn’t want to send it to them because I told them off, and I figured Hubstaff would say I wasn’t a nice person and that’s why I shouldn’t have an account when that was NOT what this was all about.
If you attack me, or are so stupid and low IQ, I WILL give you a piece of my mind.
I’m sick of freelancers lying about their comprehension of the English language, OR that they know how to do something they don’t know how to do, they don’t the skill they said they have, etc.
Again, why do I have to provide proof I didn’t scam them???

This company is very evil.
Freelancer.com is a shit company and they always were. I never used them because their East Indian support didn’t understand ANY ENGLISH and were VERY HYPER every time I had the misfortune of talking to them.
Freelancer.com is actually Australian owned if you can believe that. At some point (they won’t tell my VA when) they changed things so you can’t talk to your OWN FREELANCE STAFF outside of freelancer.com after you hired them. I REFUSE to be held hostage on a freelance site. I use my own tools and methods of communication and a task management system. I’ve NEVER EVER been held hostage on a freelance job site before, but normally I was only on Upwork. I don’t remember this being a thing BEFORE the war started.
I find it very suspicious that my VA couldn’t get a straight answer from about 3-4 different freelance job sites as to WHEN they suddenly stopped us from communicating with our own staff outside of the site once hired. I KNOW it was after the war started in March 2020.
I was scammed by a freelancer on freelancer.com who started the clock, didn’t do any work, and then refused to remove the time since she didn’t do the task. She refused to follow the instructions. I reported her and they banned me. Oh, and they also charged my credit card not once, but twice AND they used ACH on my bank account when I don’t remember giving them that information. VERY EVIL CORP. How the hell did they get my banking information???
The victim is always attacked. This is a tactic the evils use to get people to STOP standing up for themselves.
I’ve noticed this several times in a myriad of situations, nothing to do with this. Even others in the fake awake community have commented on it.
Even the victim of ongoing traumatic bullying in schools is always suspended after finally punching the bully, and the bully is allowed to stay in school.

Guru – https://www.guru.com/ – I used to use guru a LONG time ago. After a while, many of their freelancers were difficult for me to deal with. They thought they were hot shit and that was back when I was paying more (not much more because I was a very micro business), but they would lip off to me and report me because I talked back, since I do NOT tolerate freelancers playing the high and mighty abusive card.
Your customers are your bread and butter, and you should treat them with respect just because that’s the right thing to do, not just about the MONEY.

After Upwork banned me, I tried to create a new account on guru.com, and then I saw that you can only deposit into your account with wire transfer. I’m like WHAT? I wrote to them and asked them why can’t I use ACH which I’m sure is how it was back in 2006/7, etc.? They ignored me. Wire transfers cost a lot of money. I’m not paying $25-50 every time I want to deposit MONEY into guru.com

Freeup – https://freeup.net/ – they force you to pay high prices to freelancers instead of you posting what you can afford and letting the freelancer decide.
Evil Reddit – Back in 2024 I started to notice this new thing where freelance job groups were forcing us to pay a minimum amount to freelancers ($15/hour) instead of letting THEM decide if they want to take the job with a lower rate.
Guess what, IT’S THE FREELANCER’S CHOICE. They make it seem like if we don’t have tons of money, we have no right to hire freelancers. Again, all to destroy small or micro businesses.
Now, the entire freelance job industry has changed, and they have brainwashed freelancers into thinking they are hot shit and should get tons more money.
If I had MORE MONEY, I would pay more.
I’m not going to rob a bank just to pay for freelancers.

Upwork used to make it minimum $3/hour, then they raised it to minimum $5 per flat rate, I think it was. Anyway, it was reasonable. If the freelancer doesn’t want to bid, that’s THEIR CHOICE, no one else’s, but this isn’t about them caring about freelancers, this is about destroying the small businesses.
If I had more money, I would pay more. I’m NOT cheap, I’m just poor and running this non profit all on my own.
No company has the right to force companies to pay more if they can’t afford it unless they are part of the agenda to take us all OUT.
There are plenty of freelancers in third world countries who will take the lower pay or need another part time job (all of mine are part time jobs) and they already work full time.

After I saw that forcing what we pay freelancers, I decided to create a reddit freelancer group myself and I GOT BANNED – WOW.
At the time I had no idea how evil reddit was. It’s one of the worst sites online and I’m not just talking about for jobs.
A year later in the Upwork reddit group, they suspended me for 3 days for making a comment that I have jobs available. I NEVER posted my hiring ad, I just mentioned it along with other things I was talking about.
Just now in this horrific group, https://www.reddit.com/r/RemoteJobs/ I tried to post a hiring ad. I can’t because I WON’T GIVE SOMEONE A MINIMUM 6 MONTH CONTRACT and it has to be an annual salary, OMG.
They are clearly trying to cut out the part time or one-off jobs that TONS of freelancers did all of the time on Upwork.

First they force a toxic cell phone weapon, and ANY company that does that works for the evils. This is the evil’s way to track EVERYTHING you do. EVERYTHING is tied to your phone and phone number so they can control you.
I should NOT be forced to use a cell phone just to sign up. Again, NEVER IN MY YEARS have I ever been forced to do that and I’ve had a cell phone before most of you, back in 1992.

Workana – https://www.workana.com/es – they also force you to ONLY communicate with freelancers on their site after you hire them and they had no one on the site. I would post a hiring ad for a Spanish speaking VA, and I would get morons bidding (maybe it was in pesos, but it never said that) $50-204/hour.
Also, you can’t invite anyone. The last straw was Workana holding me prisoner on their site re: communication.

Sprout Gigs – https://sproutgigs.com/ – Besides having a terrible site where I couldn’t even find a way to contact them, THAT’S ALWAYS A HUGE RED FLAG NO MATTER WHAT INDUSTRY, I couldn’t sign up with my browser or Chrome. I had to download Firefox just to sign up. Then they demanded I change my country to Mexico. When I told them no since I wanted it to show the US since almost all freelancers want American companies, they just ignored me.

I couldn’t tell if the graphic design freelancers read my hiring ad and just didn’t follow instructions, or what. I think they were just clicking on a button to say they were interested, but not actually writing me, so it took me a few of those for me to guess what was going on. SMH. I wasn’t sure what the stupid process was, so I think what I did was start writing to freelancers. It was so long ago and I didn’t write notes, so I don’t remember exactly what happened, but I think they (the freelancers or Behance) flagged my hiring ad at one point and took down my hiring ads. I also think they were sending me fake replies.
I’ve read before that freelancers are getting fake jobs all over Upwork, so my assumption is that this is a tactic by the evils to stop freelancers from getting jobs, and becoming so stressed trying to find a job. Same with me trying to hire freelancers.
They eventually banned me or removed all of my posts saying they were SCAM.
I just gave up.
Evil facebook – so evil facebok has been blocking me from posting hiring ads since 2023 for all sorts of people, even where I’m located. Here’s the article and evidence, plus my playlist on evil facebook.
In Mexico, most of the job groups are run by evil AI, NOT Humans. I can see that they are AI owned and controlled. The evidence is in my article.
Also, 99% of all freelancers on evil facebook can’t even read and follow the instructions on a short post and that’s even with Americans, because I was looking for a WordPress expert and website coder, and they ignored my hiring ad too.
Out of 10 freelancers, maybe 1-2 would give me what I asked for.
Most didn’t even private message me like I asked, they just commented on the job post or they did private message me, they, again, didn’t follow my instructions. They will never make it past my interview process and guaranteed they will fuck up while working. sigh
I must have had close to 50 freelancers respond,and I got maybe 5-8 who followed my instructions.
And even if they followed my instructions on facebook, once I gave them my full hiring ad here on my site, they would ignore the instructions or weren’t interested in the job.
I can’t believe how many EGOMANIAC FREELANCERS have suddenly started telling me how I should conduct my interviews and run my business, OMG.

I also can’t post there because they ALSO demand $15/hour and you think that’s a coincidence that they demand the same hourly rate that evil Reddit does???I created my own group for jobs and there’s no one in there and their groups are very weird. I’m not even sure people can post in them. sighI’ve had it since 2024. It’s now November 03, 2026.
Toptal – They have been around for years. This is only for highly professional freelancers for high end jobs.
Fiverr – I used to use them years ago, but not for ongoing jobs.
I joined them almost right when they launched. They had great American freelancers in the beginning, but then they all left saying the clients were too demanding.
Then all of the East Indians took over, no one spoke English and they lied and said they did and I left.
Fiverr started demanding a cell phone back in 2018 or 2019. I can’t even use Fiverr because I need to be able to pay by the hour for some jobs and I can’t do that there. Everything is flat rate.
I would literally have to buy their flat rate thingies over and over again just to pay my invoice.
I recently went to check into it again in 2023, and I found that most of the freelancers say $4 or $5, and then when I explain the job, they want $25-50.
The entire site is full of scammers.
I reached out to several Spanish speaking VAs and they all said no to me. WOW Plus again, YOU CAN’T TALK TO THEM OFF THE SITE ONCE YOU’VE HIRED THEM.

Bark – https://www.bark.com/en/gb/sellers/pricing/ – they send you leads and you pay only to contact the one you are interested. I assume they are in the UK.

Workhopper – their prices per month are too high, and they only allow one job.

Golance – https://golance.com/ – They banned me because I didn’t submit my ID as fast as they wanted. I was sick and I wanted to wait until I hired someone because most of their fucking freelancers are low IQ and don’t read the hiring ads. Plus, they don’t allow you to communicate with them outside of the platform. I posted negative reviews about them on Trust Pilot and the BBB. They could care less. Probably evil owned.
Outsourcely – https://www.outsourcely.com/ – Wow, it looks like it’s been down since the war started. It even has porn on it’s evil facebook page. And this is one thing I noticed. ANY of the freelance job sites I came across that looked like the same structure as Upwork, have been destroyed. NO COINCIDENCE.

I had to contact them because it looks like my account is a freelancer account. I couldn’t even change the email address. Their live chat cuts the letters off at the end of the sentence. Clearly whoever coded and designed the site doesn’t know what they are doing.
I didn’t get great results, I think I talked to one Spanish speaking VA and that didn’t work out, AND they are ALSO forcing you to only talk on their site. sigh
They banned me, probably because I was trying to get the freelancersto go outside the site which I wouldn’t DO IF THEY LET ME TALK TO MY STAFF MY WAY. They ignored my emails and I read other people’s reviews where they ignore them too.
Clearly evil owned or controlled if they are imprisoning you on their site and they ignore your emails.

Valatam – https://valatam.com/ – Is a London-based agency that operates mainly with talent from Venezuela. Its virtual assistants are generally university professionals which doesn’t mean much in Latin America because they are still low IQ and sociopathic, but it’s too expensive for me. This isn’t a job board, this is where they have the freelancers and they match you with one and they pay them and you pay this company. That’s not how I do things.

I got 2 people both of which were duds, didn’t read the hiring ad or wanted to move to the US and one person emailed me although now I’m thinking they weren’t from this site and when I made a mistake and thought it was the owner of this site, the freelancer never got back to me so he’s a moron too. A zombie who couldn’t even tell me that I made a mistake.
The owner charged me for another month without my permission. I wrote him to that email, and he never responded, so I had to write him on the other email thread. He also didn’t get my first email when I emailed him the first time from another email address. It was a wast of my money and time and it wasn’t all that easy to post a hiring ad. He did refund me, but that was a sleazy tactic.

So I went to their trust pilot. Supposedly they are only Poles, other EUs can’t invoice properly or something. I wrote a negative review.
Their AI is very fast, tons of text, all of these so called “reasonable answers.” One of the best AIs I’ve ever come across, but too fast.

Shopify is EVIL OWNED. Every time I try to buy from some site that uses evil Shopify as their shopping cart, it demands a toxic cell phone weapon and will block you if you use a landline.
So many low IQ business owners use it and don’t even know this is a thing. Bixby chocolates, Kate had to use her cell phone just so I could order and I had to wait probably over an hour just to get my order in. Then when I wanted to order again, her father was sort of out of it, then 2 weeks later I was ready to order and they ignored my voice messages and their email doesn’t work. Two other sites didn’t even respond to my emails about their shopify. I guess they are rich and don’t need sales.

I think they offer micro jobs. short paid jobs, survey, not real jobs. OMG – at least they responded back.
VA Networking – https://www.vanetworking.com/hire-a-virtual-assistant/ – JFC, she doesn’t tell you the price. I know of her from decades ago. All I did was go around in circles. I filled out a form, it said proceed to payment, then NOTHING. I have no idea if it will post. Nowhere above or below her buttons does it say a price. I can’t even get onto the directory because it just takes me around in circles.
I wonder if they are defunct. I filled out a ticket. They said there was going to be a confirmation link, I got none, then I clicked on some other link in the email and it says to view the ticket, give the number or something. I copied it from the subject line, it does NOTHING. OMG.

90 sites or groups that claim they help companies hire freelancers or help freelancers get jobs, and I’m blocked from 99% of them either due to:

1. Very expensive prices, all pre-planned to take down small or micro companies or solopreneurs.
2. I’m forced to speak to my own STAFF on their site after I’ve hired them, I’m not allowed to use the 3 different methods I always use for communication.TOTAL SLAVE CONTROL under the lies that it’s for safety and security BS.
3. They allow and embrace scammers whether they are freelancers or clients. After freelancer.com banned me after me getting scammed by that freelancer, I knew this was True.
4. Or, they only focus on one type of skill, not like Upwork where you can post a hiring ad for almost any type of skill set.
5. You have to waste time and money registering a business with your mafia government. To my knowledge, this was NEVER EVER a thing before.
  This is a way for the evils to track every business worldwide. I AM NOT DOING THAT for the amount of jobs I hire for or pay out. The only reason I ever think it’s a good idea to do that, is if you can be sued because of you selling a product where people can complain it harmed them. Then you need that for protection.
  Some guy who provides one skill like a website coder, graphic designer, video editor, a non profit, or a very very tiny company should NEVER be forced to register, let alone have to register JUST TO POST A JOB and HIRE FREELANCERS!
